We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment.
ALL appointment deposits are NONREFUNDABLE. Rescheduling can be done online BEFORE the 48 hour cut off time. If there are no reschedule dates available, you must still cancel your appointment so that it is open for someone else to book, and leave a deposit for the next appointment you book (will go toward your service).
SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS for any reason will lose the deposit, and NO-SHOWS for any reason, will not receive the deposit credit and will not be allowed to book again without a payment in full for the service booked. Card MUST be left on file in order for your appointment to stay booked. If you take your card off file, your appointment will be dropped as well. Rescheduling is only allowed one time (a new deposit is required) and your old deposit will be forfeited if your new appointment is canceled or rescheduled again.
If your appointment is taken past the grace period (15 mins for touch ups, 30 mins for new brows) there will be a $50 late fee applied. This is depending on if it is possible to still take you in.
ALL DEPOSITS LAST 6 MONTHS after you cancel an appointment BEFORE the cut-off time . After 6 months, all deposits are void. Please book your service before that time.
